  We’ve purchased several things from Furniture Row over the past years. First time to purchase a mattress. Erik was our salesman. He explained about the difference in them which was a great help for us to select one. If you need bedding I would recommend Erik. I have a bit of a problem with management. They are doing deliveries like Amazon leave it at door it’s free. For $100.00 they will bring it inside put it on the frame. We have zip on sheets it will be difficult to get the base part on. We are in our 80’s and just might need a little help They are not required to do anything besides putting mattress on frame one reason is if they are late at next delivery their pay is docked. What happened to customer service. If I need to purchase anything else I’m not sure if it will be there.. wanted to put this on there if someone is thinking of purchasing a big item they would be aware of their policies. Joyce

  I had a great experience at the Denver Mattress store in Conway. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the right mattress without any pressure. They answered all of my questions and made the whole process easy. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress!

He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right sleep solution instead of trying to make a quick sale. James took the time to answer all my questions, explain the different pillow options, and make recommendations based on my sleeping position and comfort preferences. I ended up purchasing the Doctor’s Choice Medium King Pillow, and I couldn’t be happier with the recommendation.   We just purchased a new king size mattress from Denver mattress in Conway,Arkansas. The store was very clean and everyone was very nice. Our salesman, James was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend using the store if you need a new mattress.

  Eric Johnson exceeded our expectations of trying to buy another mattress after 11years with our old Sealy. He answered all our questions, provided additional information that we really appreciated and didn’t know to ask. We left with confirmation that we purchased the right mattress for us and felt really good about the exceptional service that we received today. We love Denver Mattress and would recommend to anyone. Eric was great to work with and we appreciated that he did not put the “ car salesmanship on us”. Very informative and respectful. All over a great experience.
