  I will never use Cabot Outdoors again. We took two mowers and a weed eater in to be fixed. They needed new filters and blades. We were told they needed the carburetor needed to be cleaned and the same for the weed eater. Apparently all three had the exact same issues. The estimated price was going to be almost 600.00 and I told them never mind and we would pick them up. They had started on the weed eater and the girl I spoke to said the guy was off and would finish it next day. I told her no and to leave it as is. They charged us 125.00 for the weed eater and then the lady had the audacity to tell me she told me it had already been fixed and that she never said it wasn't. She told me she couldn't give me a price before that but I told her I already knew it was 125.00 and that was why I said stop. I do not like being called a liar. They also charged 27.50 each to look at the mowers even though I said stop. Again, beware before you use these folks. We have done so much business with them and buy all our Stihl products from them but no more. Lastly, they should really learn some customer service. Rudeness gets you nowhere. One star only because I had to.

  Great professional staff. Went in unprepared so they asked me a few questions. I pulled up the information and was able to get my part quickly at a great price. Will definitely do more business there.
