  Great professional staff. Went in unprepared so they asked me a few questions. I pulled up the information and was able to get my part quickly at a great price. Will definitely do more business there.

  Poor customer services multiple times, the owner/manager "Josh" is very rude to customers as in cursed me and was very unprofessional, he has the hourly rate @ $75 per hr... (that's how much my technician charges to work on my vehicles) not to mention he's a shade tree small engine repair guy over charging customers per there hourly rate. Told me 30 minutes to an hr for a 5 minute job I did myself and he's supose to be the professional..... I would rather drive to his big brother "John Deer" in searcy and have them do my work. If I could rate it zero stars I would. You suck Josh!
