The only funnels I saw were attached to gas cans....none sold separately. I looked in the paint department, and in garden near the lawnmowers and gas cans (aisles 26, 27, etc....no funnels. - TRT RichardsonMay 7, 20261.0I'd give Lowes at Bryant a no star if I could. I went into Garden Center today. Signs by the hanging baskets said 2 for $15. I walked around and made sure that what sign said in the hanging baskets. I noticed some other ladies with tropical plants that they had gotten off of clearance. So I went and picked up two for myself. 5.00 each price codes were marked through with black marker.I waited in check out between 10 and 15 min.( I have had both knee and hip replacement,so this was no easy task) Finally got to check out lady. She said the hanging baskets were not the ones on sale. Even though the signs were clearly hanging with the baskets!!!! Then she said she'd have to call someone for an override because the clearance items were not coming up. At this point I gave up and left. There were other people behind me and they like me had been waiting. So I go home with no plants. Then I called back twice to speak to Manager. No answer no replay. Phone rings and rings.... no customer service! No honoring their sales sign! Moral to story. At Lowes Don't expect to get correct prices, if you can find someone double check before you stand in long line with one poor checker. And do not expect to talk to a manager.

- SSSue SmithApr 10, 20261.0Never going to buy from Lowe’s again! Get anything they tell you on appliance delivery, set up and haul away in writing before you leave the store! I bought gas range, they said they could connect, but when it got delivered they said they couldn’t! I got my plumber to connect and he said all my connections were good, he didn’t see why they couldn’t connect it. Called Lowe’s to come do the haul away, was told after a little arguing they would pick it up before 8PM. Was told this about 2:38PM. Never showed. Called back today and got the run around. Said the appliance dept would have to call me back. Well, of course they never did!! I think 3 hrs is long enough for them to decide what they were going to do about it. Don’t believe anything the appliance people tell you get it all in writing. The boy who rang up my order left the haul away off the ticket and now it’s my word against his. I’m a senior citizen and I really miss when the customer was right! This is how Lowe’ s treats old women!
