This used to be my go-to store for tools, but I am incredibly upset with how I've been treated lately. I ordered a lawn mower three weeks ago and it’s still not here. My delivery has been canceled twice, and my yard is looking like a total jungle. I’ve complained about this, but they refuse to let me pick it up in-store due to 'protocol.' They claim they don’t have a big enough truck for the dimensions, but three weeks is a ridiculous amount of time to go without finding a solution. When I offered to pick it up myself, they told me my only option was to cancel the order, wait 10 days for a refund, and repurchase it. They completely dropped the ball and went back on their word. It makes no sense that a store specializing in heavy cargo doesn't have the means to deliver this. Three weeks is plenty of time to figure out a delivery. I’m done shopping here."

Absolutely disappointed! How come I go to Lowe’s and wait over 20 minutes for someone to help us in Electrical to cut wire, I went to look for a manager at self checkout. She informed me the store manager wasn’t there but other assistant manager are! So I wanted 5 mins for one and no one showed! So I went to grab my husband that was in electrical talking with a lovely lady I believe her name was Lisa who could not cut the wire but offered to try and find someone who could. I told her no thank you I will take my business to Home Depot! Which I did and got help within 5 seconds! Which is more common these days unfortunately! I love Lowe’s Selection of products but if I need help I know Home Depot is the place I will find it!

I had 2 orders placed for assembled picnic benches; each was cancelled without explanation after payment. When I called the store they said they don't know why the orders were cancelled nor could they figure out what happened or even see if the items were in stock. They also couldn't transfer me to the department. They literally had no answer which is so bizarre and what a way to lose customers. The guy actually ended up just hanging up out of his own frustration because he said there's nothing he can do about it. Two stars for the nursery in Garden center which is very beautiful.

I'd give Lowes at Bryant a no star if I could. I went into Garden Center today. Signs by the hanging baskets said 2 for $15. I walked around and made sure that what sign said in the hanging baskets. I noticed some other ladies with tropical plants that they had gotten off of clearance. So I went and picked up two for myself. 5.00 each price codes were marked through with black marker.I waited in check out between 10 and 15 min.( I have had both knee and hip replacement,so this was no easy task) Finally got to check out lady. She said the hanging baskets were not the ones on sale. Even though the signs were clearly hanging with the baskets!!!! Then she said she'd have to call someone for an override because the clearance items were not coming up. At this point I gave up and left. There were other people behind me and they like me had been waiting. So I go home with no plants. Then I called back twice to speak to Manager. No answer no replay. Phone rings and rings.... no customer service! No honoring their sales sign!
Moral to story. At Lowes Don't expect to get correct prices,
if you can find someone double check before you stand in long line with one poor checker. And do not expect to talk to a manager.
