  First time home owner and pool owner. Moved into the house with a destroyed pool. They came out and emptied the pool and I sent them pictures of ground water coming through the wall when it rained. Stated they’d look into it and they never did. They installed the liner and it looked great. Rained two days later and it wrinkled up the liner and made the deep end float so I called. They stated “Don’t worry we will take care of you” came out “fixed it” rained a couple days later and exact thing happens. They then send me an invoice for almost $500.00 for emptying the ground water and “gas”. After fighting it a little because there was no mention of cost for this or I would have told them not to come out. They lowered it to a little over $200.00. Whole process and communication was all over the place. Had another pool company come out and showed them our email thread and they were shocked they installed liner without coming up with a fix for the ground water issue. If you’ve used them for years, maybe they’ll take care of you. But if you’re a new owner, fairly ignorant to pools. Most likely gonna get taken advantage of and used to make them money.

  WOW WOW WOW!!! 🤯💦 I don’t even know how to put into words how AMAZING Lindsey’s Pool & Spa is—but I’m going to try because everyone NEEDS to know about this place!!! From the very first call, it was like I wasn’t just a customer—I was FAMILY!!! ❤️ The kindness, the patience, the way they truly CARE… it is something you just do NOT see anymore. Every single question I had (and I had a TON 😅), they answered without hesitation and made sure I felt 100% confident every step of the way. CARRIE!!! 🌟 Let me just say—you will NOT find anyone better. She is an absolute blessing!!! She took me under her wing and walked me through EVERYTHING—how pools work, what to expect, the financial side—all of it. And the way she treated my daughter?! My heart melted. She loved on her like she was her own. That kind of genuine, heartfelt care is priceless. Every person in that store is just incredible. So welcoming, so friendly, so helpful—you walk in and instantly feel like you’ve known them forever. That kind of atmosphere is rare and so special. And the installation team?! 👏 TOP. NOTCH. They were professional, fast, respectful, and left everything spotless. Seriously, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. And here’s the part that truly blew me away… I had a few little worries (first-time pool owner problems 😅), and they sent JD out ON A SUNDAY!!! Who does that?! That’s the kind of company this is. He was so kind, so patient, and made sure I understood everything and felt completely comfortable. This was a big investment for our family, and Lindsey’s made it feel EASY, EXCITING, and honestly… FUN!!! 💦☀️ If you are thinking about getting a pool—LISTEN TO ME—DO NOT go anywhere else!!! Lindsey’s Pool & Spa is THE BEST!!! You will not find better people, better service, or a better experience anywhere!!! 1000/10 recommend!!! 💯🔥
