I've never had a good experience at this particular Lowe's, but this last one topped it off. Everything is disorganized, items are missing labels, there is more stock crowding the aisles than there are on the shelves, and their panel saw wouldn't even work. Asked for some help cutting a lattice panel (because we can't cut it ourselves, it needs a passcode), took about twelve minutes for an employee to saunter from the front of the store to the saw, then he punched in the code and nothing. I had to remind him that it needs to be turned on, so he turned it on, then hit the keys again (different code the second time?) and still nothing. Like how am I supposed to trust that these guys can sell me a good power tool if one of their only power tools they have in house can't even be operated by an employee? Lowe's corp, eat the loss, burn this one down, and start over. Until then, there's a Home Depot in Jonesboro with a working saw and all of the other stuff is cheaper on Amazon anyway.

My company recently had another very disappointing experience with the Blytheville Lowe’s location.
I am a veteran and owner of several small businesses. My parents are also veterans and business owners. Our family has shopped with Lowe’s for over 40 years because of the company’s support for veterans and the quality of service we had come to expect.
Unfortunately, the experience at the Blytheville store has been unacceptable. The customer service has consistently been poor, and leadership appears to have allowed this culture to continue. This has been an ongoing issue for years, and as a result, I have taken my business elsewhere before.
We have operated businesses in multiple states and have had excellent experiences with other Lowe’s locations. Those positive experiences gave us confidence in placing an order with the Blytheville store. Sadly, this location has damaged that trust.
Customers should never feel like their hard-earned money is unimportant or that they are being treated as though they can simply “go elsewhere.” Because this store serves a smaller area and is one of the closest major hardware retailers, many people depend on it for supplies.
What concerns me most is seeing older individuals and people of color seemingly left to tolerate poor treatment because local options are limited. No customer should feel forced to accept poor service.
This experience was the final time I will place important purchases in the hands of this Lowe’s location. I hope meaningful changes are made so future customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

$2000 order was to be delivered, 14 days after it was ordered and they wait until the night before the delivery to call and tell me they made a mistake and they cannot deliver, items are not in stock. Maybe 5pm on a Friday isn't a great time to call a customer and cancel their order. I asked how they could resolve this and Sarah, the ASM said they could cancel, not try and keep my business just we made a mistake too bad we don't want your business. Someone will. I will never give Lowe's another penny of my money.
