- JEJacob Embry4 days ago1.0The Lowes in Bentonville/Bella Vista is the only location in Northwest Arkansas that will tell you your order is “ready for pickup” and then you show up and the fulfillment team hasn’t prepared 90% of your order. We placed an order on a Monday, received confirmation that is was ready to be picked up on Tuesday and when we got there Friday as scheduled, the only materials truly ready for us was nails and hardware. None of our fence pickets, 2x4’s, 4x4’s or concrete was ready. What should have taken 20 minutes to load us up ended up taking us over 1 1/2 hours because they had associates picking pallets we needed the morning of pick up. I should mention, this is not the first time this has happened to us at this location. We’ve never had an issue from Rogers, Springdale or Fayetteville for any other orders. Figure it out Bentonville!

Instead they slid it across the brand new flooring I just paid to have refinished, struggled to get the item in place and completely ruined my floors. To make things worse, the property claim department is denying my claim and refusing to remedy the situation - instead sliding with the word of two disrespect and unprofessional delivery guys.

Then they have three employees there watching you so what’s the point of having to check yourself out? The only thing worse than having to check yourself out is have someone else staring over your shoulder the whole time. And then wasting your time with extra steps.

- TRTiffany RoseApr 22, 20265.0I went to the garden center this week looking for some plants that will survive in my yard (I spent a small fortune from a local nursery and most of it died from last year) The manager, Ryan, not only pointed me in the right direction of what would work, he literally came back to me multiple times to make sure I made good choices and answered all my questions on how to best get them going once planted. He then gave me some piece of mind that if they don’t make it, bring them back and they’ll stand by the purchase and replace them. It’s so rare that people actually help you these days. Ryan, thank you for being so helpful and kind! I truly appreciate it.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
