I had an amazing experience working with Ken after I accidentally entered incorrect information on my contract and couldn’t find my unit. This facility is SUPER clean, very convenient, and so far I have had a superior customer service experience.

I had an amazing experience getting my storage unit set up with Ken. I ordered my unit online but I had issues with getting access for the first time. I rolled in unfortunately right before closing but he was very happy to help and still took time to get me completely squared away. I haven’t had great service from someone that actually seemed to care about helping in a long time. I can’t recommend enough working with Ken at ExtraSpace.

Ken in the office was super friendly, helpful and professional. He explained how the Bluetooth system opens the loading area doors, the elevator doors and the storage unit door. He was awesome!!!

Ken was incredibly helpful when it came to getting all the information for getting items delivered to the storage unit and setting it up quickly. Everything was informative and quickly done, I'm sure I'll be working with extra space storage for a long time.
