  Won’t return phone calls when issues present themselves. He installed the pool 1 year before we bought this house and we just had an issue where when you put one hand in the hot tub and one in the pool, you get shocked. No one had ever done that before to know it would do that. But my son discovered it one afternoon. I couldn’t get a call back when I called to see what we needed to do to have it looked at/fixed, finally he answered but he didn’t show when he said he would, then after another few days of trying to get a response, he pushed us off to the following week. We had our own electrician look at it and it had been grounded improperly. Miller told me he still wanted to come look at it but he’s yet to do so, and that was a month ago. Also the salt cell system just went out (it’s 3 years old) and we just had a different pool company who we know and trust install it instead. They installed a new one within 24 hours, where it takes days to even get in contact with Miller Pools.

  Miller Pools went above and being for us. We weren’t sure what we wanted (besides a pool) and Chris walked us through everything and was very thorough. They even included our kids when they wanted to help or watch. When people ask without hesitation we tell them Miller Pools did ours and we’d use them again if given the chance.
