I ordered a washer and dryer totaling a little over $1600. I paid for the expedited shipping and to have them installed. Since then my order has been rescheduled 3 times. I contacted the delivery company they use and they said to contact Lowe’s. I’ve been calling Lowe’s for days with no response. I love Lowe’s but this is very unprofessional!

It's Lowes. You can't expect too much. Most of the staff don't know anything about the products or where to find them in the store. Go to a realy hardware store.

Three employees refused to price match items listed on Lowe’s own website for this location, stating it was “too complicated.” I was told to order online instead, which caused unnecessary delay. After placing the $635 order, a garden employee showed visible frustration (eye rolling, walking away) and did not complete the order. I waited 45+ minutes before another employee assisted professionally. This experience was avoidable and reflects poor training and customer handling.
Do not bother buying anything in store. If you order online, you can get the sale price that Lowes actually promotes on their website.

Today I went into Lowe’s to return items left over from when we remodeled our home. Unfortunately, I no longer had the receipt, and the purchase did not appear under either of my credit cards. While I understand that store policy may limit what can be done without proof of purchase, that was not my main concern.
My issue was with the level of customer service I received. The customer service associates were not what I have come to expect from Lowe’s. As someone with a strong background in customer service, I found the interaction unprofessional and disappointing. The associate who assisted me, Tony, was especially rude and lacked professionalism throughout the interaction.
I tried to give Lowe’s the benefit of the doubt because just last week I had another frustrating experience in the same store. I waited over 15 minutes in the hardware department just to receive assistance, which is unacceptable.
These repeated experiences have been disappointing and far below the standard of service I would expect from Lowe’s.

Lowe’s use to be one of my favorite places to shop.it has gotten to where I just have to leave my items at checkout and go somewhere else because can’t get checked out. There will be 20 people trying to check out at self checkout and 2 or 3 registers working and the employees want check out no one. There can be as many as 3 employees just standing around and when you lay your items down and say I’ll go somewhere else they just laugh as they don’t care. What kinda business is this? This is the store on Baxter drive in Tuscaloosa Alabama. They always have employees standing around talking to one another or texting on their phones but none want to help you and it’s been getting worse in the past year. I would have to travel to the one in Northport Alabama which is way across town or just run down to Ace hardware or Home Depot. I wish someone would help with this matter. There is no since paying that many people to stand around and not help customers. As I’m an older female I should not have to load lumber or concrete myself. I even pulled under the pick area and had customers come and help me before they went in the store. This past Saturday my husband and I went there for a few items and there was about 20 or more people trying to check out and 4 self checkout running and the girl just laughed when we left our items and said we would go somewhere we could get checked out . We went to Ace Hardware they had what we needed and we wasn’t there but a few minutes and several employees asked if we needed help. Someone need to fix this store

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
