The manager, Deval, went above and beyond assisting me with making sure I received the product I wanted in a large delivery order from the store, even getting the delivery to be the same day. Service like this is hard to come by. Deval has earned my repeat business and referrals.

After several failed attempts to locate and purchase an item both in-store and online, I contacted the Trussville location one last time. DeVal answered the phone with professionalism. He listened to my frustration, displayed genuine empathy, took ownership of my request, and worked diligently to fulfill it. With a background in customer service myself, I can easily recognize exceptional service, and DeVal exceeded my expectations which made all the difference. Once I arrive to the store to pickup my order, I was met with a sweet spirit, Alicia, who was pleasantly helpful. I want to thank them both for providing such a positive customer experience.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
