  I recently had my gutters cleaned by Andan and it was an EXCELLENT experience. My original appointment had to be cancelled; however, they PROMPTLY rescheduled for the following day. The employee showed up early, explained how he was going to clean the gutters i.e. with blower, then went to work. I could see a LOT of debris from the gutters cover my decks and porch, but when he finished, he cleaned the areas and you could never tell there was junk on the decks or porch. Andan provides EXCELLENT customer service AND the employee that cleaned my gutters reported to me a flowering bush in my flower bed was laying down and he wasn't sure if he had done the damage, I assured him it was not due to the work he did, but I appreciate the fact that he was honest enough to mention and acknowledge the blame if it had been due to his actions. Andan has provided, great work, excellent customer and at a VERY reasonable cost. I will continue to call on Andan for any future needs

  Great work at even better prices. I have used these guys for the last ten or so years for everything from gutter cleanings, various home repairs and a gutter installation. They show up when they say they will, stick to the estimate, are professional and honest and do great work, never hesitating to go the extra mile. I honestly wouldnt let anyone else touch my house.

  Luke, from ANDAN, did outstanding work as well as being very personable. Really enjoyed spending time with him. Andan has been extremely efficient in communicating with me concerning pricing and invoicing. It’s unimaginable how anybody could do better!.

  Andan Homes did our gutter and roof cleaning this year too. We have been using them for many years. They are always professional in all their dealings and work. The work was scheduled promptly and the person gave me a 45 mins window to be there. Our roof is quite steep and has 3 stories of height on one side with difficult corners. Being in Riverchase there are lots of trees and obviously a lot of leaves stuck in the gutters and spouts. The work was done efficiently and effectively, with all downspouts evacuated. They did everything for the same price as last year which is really gracious of them, given the price increase for everything from table salt to gasoline in a year of inflation. We are highly satisfied with Andan’s work and one cannot expect a better quality service anywhere else.

  Great work! Easy to communicate with. This is my second time using them to clean my gutters.
