- JGJoe GuzzoJul 28, 20261.0I'm leasing a zero turn lawnmower from arons in Talladega. The manager was dismissive and borderline rude during application process I should have left then. I signed for a pre lease so I understand that there will be wear but the only reason I agreed to the pre leased unit is to get it sooner than the following Friday. Due to the Talladega office using the wrong phone number to contact me despite my actual number being on my contract the unit was delivered even later than that. That weekend I mowed but had to purchase a new front tire before I could even use it. After replacing the tire I mowed twice and the rear tire had to be patched. I was informed they do not replace tires or belts when I signed for the mower so I handled it myself. This week the battery is dead and won't charge. I was told they don't cover batteries either. Motor and transmission only. For just under $400 a month seems like they have a hard time maintaining their products between leases. Do not use this store. Buyer beware

Went in to get a pay off amount and Leslie wrote it down for us to go to the bank and get it then when we got back to pay it they quoted $300 more! And refused to make it right! Been dealing with this store for years and this is the treatment we get!!!!! From the looks of the comments here they do everyone this way!!! I will be contacting corporate!!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
