  The Sales experience itself was great! But once the delivery was canceled due to weather, that’s where the wheels fell off. We purchased two floor model pieces of furniture so nothing was a custom order. The distribution center left a voicemail about the cancels delivery, advising our Sales person would contact us. We gave him a day, figuring he probably had other customers as well. When WE finally had to reach out to him, he had ZERO clue on what had happened. I am not sure who dropped the ball. The “best” he could do was get us on the schedule for the following Saturday (2 weeks for floor models!) we never received a confirmation text or email for the new delivery date, which led to even more chasing our Sales person for a solid commitment on the delivery date. On the Friday before our new delivery date, the Delivery Manager reached out to me to tell me “he was able to squeeze us in for that Saturday”. Now, the store was changing hands and everything appeared to be impacted, but we were advised several times that they “had no idea how the new process should work”. Communication and manager intervention is something this location definitely needs to work on. I can definitely say I will not be purchasing ANYTHING that requires delivery from this location!

  My salesperson Dillon was a great help. 5 stars for sure!! I accepted delivery today of my beautiful chair and Aaron and his 2 guys (I’m unsure of their names) were on time, very polite, helpful and worked hard to get my furniture in place

  Elisia was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable about the merchandise in the store. She explained the differences in the recliners so we could find the perfect one for us!

  Elisia Lattergrass is probably the most professional and thorough salesperson that I have ever encountered. And that is saying A LOT for a 72 year-old who has traveled the US with the military and experienced MANY salespeople!! Kudos to Elicia🥳🥳🥳. Keep up the excellent work and you will go far💃💃🙏🏻🙏🏻

  Can't give it a zero but that's what they deserve. Purchased Sept 2025 and still no resolution. Warranty repair has come twice & neither were able to correct the workmanship issues and advised La-Z-Boy. I was told the loveseat was being re-made 2 months ago with no further followup.
