- JCJackie CronefieldOct 6, 20261.0If I could give zero stars, I would. NEVER go to this place for anything. I rented a washer and dryer from them and never saw it. It was scheduled to be delivered Oct. 3rd at 3 pm, but no one ever showed up. I called the store and, come to find out, the lady I scheduled with never put it in the system (apparently it is common for employees to "forget" to schedule deliveries there, according the associate who answered). I was not offered an apology. The woman I spoke to wanted me to schedule it to be delivered during the week, and when I told her that was not possible due to my job, she began raising her voice to me and cussing me out. According to her, either I come pick it up or I don't get it at all. When I tried to cancel she hung up on me! I called the Aaron's in Decatur to cancel because this one would not answer me after that. The lady in Decatur said she could only send a note to this one; according to her, customers not receiving their items and complaining of rude, almost malicious behavior from the Russelville location is the norm. At least she apologized to me for the experience. Was finally able to cancel today after some haggling. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AARON'S IN RUSSELVILLE THEY WILL SCREW YOU AND CURSE YOU FOR FILTH IN THE SAME BREATH!

Then when i called to cancel the order I got put on hold for 35 minutes.i would not recomend this place to my worst enemy.

“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
