I stopped by early this morning feeling tired and sleepy, but as soon as I walked in, every staff member greeted me with a smile. I had the pleasure of meeting Kristin, Chris, Jessie, and Cameron—they were all incredibly professional and friendly. They truly brightened my day! Thank you all for the great service, keep it up! And don’t forget to apply for a Lowe’s credit card — you can get some really good offers.（P.S only at this location）
- SHSummer HudsonMay 3, 20265.0I am giving this store a 5 because of one employee. I was in there this morning to grab a few things to fix my shower. I had no idea what I was doing. Four employees were just standing around talking as I was struggling to find what I needed. An extremely nice customer helped me. As I walked around to find the other thing I needs, a lady (Rhonda) asked me if I was finding everthing I needed. She was the only employee that spoke to me and helped me find the exact thing I needed. Thank you so much Rhonda for all your help.
- CSCasie StarlingApr 12, 20261.0i have gone to this location twice in the past week. the employees have had attitude each time and obviously did not want to help me. the first time i asked someone where something was, and he just replied “I’m clocking out.” he could’ve nicely said he couldn’t help me right then but just “I’m clocking out???” how rude. i understand you are leaving… you can’t say that nicely? the second lady was a lot more rude. my total was ten dollars over what i had left on my gift card and i told her it had 149 on it and she charged me 1.49 instead of 149.00 no problem i laughed it off and said oh I’m sorry i meant 149.00 and she sighed and acted so annoyed by me the entire rest of the interaction. it was a simple miscommunication mistake on my part and gives no reason for her to behave so bothered. i told her I’m sorry for bothering her. i will never come back. such rude employees who don’t want to help and make you feel stupid

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
