This is a review praising the amazing vustomer service & unmatched professionalism of Zack. I tried to do the scan on my receipt to leave him good feedback but it wasnt working when i scanned. Anyways, i ordered a washer from Best Buy on July 25th, they kept rescheduling and they rescheduled again a week before the rescheduled delivery of october 7th back to November 25th. Zack helped me and my mom order the exact same washer wich wasnt on the floor & it arrived literally 2 days later! Zack was extremely helpful & positive during our interaction wich tends to be rare now days. He has a good sense of humor & is the kind of guy i would come back to Lowes for more buisness just because of him. Zack is a positive energy dude w some sweet dreads, i say this so management can identify him & promote this man, i am telling you put this dude in charge he is highly capable of greatness & as long as ive been comin to Lowe's ive never had anyone make me feel like it was a joy to help me, he really is the peak standard for professionalism in the work place wich is quite rare now days. If you guys want to maximize profits im telling you give this man a raise, i wasnt even planning on buying a washer that day but i did because of how easy he made it & his confidence that it would arrive soon. And it did, its sitting on my back porch 2 days later...Best buy took my money for 4 months and counting & i still didnt get my washer. I came here twice for a mobile order of mulch neither time did they have it they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about when you buy stuff from them. You would hope when you go to a store the workers want to actually help you but none of them even care. I would not recommend going to this place at all
