Was told the two recliners I ordered would be made and then available in 2-3 weeks. I called week 4 and they hadn’t arrived yet. Then I called in week 5 and they had arrived. All this while being told they would notify me when the recliners were ready. Finally able to pick them up 5 days before leaving town for good, and they were surprised I came to get the chairs even though I told them the day I was coming.
