Marcus knew his stuff, answered all my questions, gave suggestions, and was very patient with me. He showed me some recliners that I definitely will consider before purchasing. Additionally, he gave his opinions willingly and explained some of the features that I wasn’t sure about. I would definitely buy from La-Z-Boy after that experience.

Been an absolute nightmare trying to get them to fix it. Supposed to be under warranty now they say it’s out of there service area which wasn’t spoken when the purchase was made. Sick and tired of waiting on them to make it right will be in touch with corporate soon to get a refund.
