First night was rough they didn’t have my lock inside my storage so we had to wait until next day to put our things up and a couple days after that i go back into my storage it’s ants all in my clothes and on top of my belongings not here to bash them but it’s kinda upsetting especially durning these times (i also wanted to note that i have no food inside that storage or anything that would attract ants)

Terrell it was amazing and went above and beyond the job for me and my family. We recently went through a lot of hardships as well as family tragedies Because of them, we had fallen behind on payments we were able to express everything and received more than just common decency. We received genuine concern and care which is very hard to find in certain industries. Upon our first conversation, I assumed that maybe he was just doing his job well and that the conversation with Go no further, but it was so much more than what I thought. He remembered us when we returned and remembered what our family had gone through out of so many customers I know that it’s hard to remember what people have going on in their own lives as well as deal with his own situations. He not only let us know every opportunity that we had Available to rectify our situation, he personally oversaw it. to sum it up we are very thankful in a world where people are usually focused on themselves first and foremost, even just a little bit of kindness after all we had going through really made the difference for us. Please give him a raise. He deserves a better title than what he has thank you so much.

Terrell was very helpful and walked us through multiple of units we wanted to check out , he throughly explained the difference between each unit and their pricing and ended up helping us get an inexpensive rate ! I recommend extra storage space not to mention the FIRST MONTH IS FREE 👏
