I have frequented this Lowe’s quite often and will again but their customer service is 0/10. Every time I have to buy an appliance here it takes an act of God to make it happen. The last 3 times I’ve come it’s taken more than an hour to load a single dishwasher. (Installing dishwashers is hard enough already) Today hit an all time low for me. I came in at 8:00am on Friday and the lowes employees were having a huddle. One of the guys noticed me waiting and told the boss lady. She didn’t even stop talking to acknowledge that man. I waited for over 20 minutes and then left. It’s so frustrating to walk into a store to spend a good chunk of money and get no service for 30 minutes.
Lowe’s - you’re a multibillion dollar company. Why can’t we have a dedicated appliance person. It’s so simple. Please just fix this terrible constant experience. It’s unnecessary and can be fixed so easily.

worst employees ever. A lot of blue vest walking around while 20 people are trying to check out with nobody there to check them out. You expect the buyer to be an employee and do it themselves. No training and no employee discount. Done with Lowe’s. Home depot still has human interaction as well as Ace. Bye

No one wanted to assist. Finally got assistance. What is needed they didn't have any within reach. The young man came bought a ladder and walked off. Didn't say anything. I waited 30mins, multiple calls over intercom no one showed up! HORRIBLE service!! I ended up leaving the store
