Had an existing windows consultation appointment which got cancelled with no new scheduled time and when i call back on the number listed in the appointment i was just transferred to a different personnel 3 times with no resolution. Highest level of incompetence and unprofessionalism.

This morning (6/5/26) I stopped in on the way to work to buy something, and while trying to get my (Lowes verified) veterans discount to work at the self checkout I was told in a very rude and disrespectful manner by a clerk named Cathy there that she couldn't help me because she didn't have the barcode needed to help. So then I pushed the "get help" option on the self checkout and the very same clerk came back and did exactly what she just told me a minute before what she couldn't do - thus besides being rude Cathy clearly flat-out lied to me when I politely asked her for assistance.
When I tried calling the store manager while driving to work I spent a total of over 16 minutes with the phone just ringing away after I had told someone there I needed to speak with the manager.
Today's negative experience tells me that Cathy's poor attitude is a top down problem at this store since the management team there is unavailable to even speak with a customer about any problems or complaints.
In response to the reply from LOWES calling that number is a waste of time, as already mentioned in my post.

Highly disappointed ordered a stove almost a month ago had it scheduled for delivery 3 different times then no communication. Go to the store to find out what is going on with my order that product not in stock we have it replaced with another one that was in stock to get an email last night state out order was canceled. Now I'm with out a stove no a happy camper and will not use this location again or refer anyone else to them for a major purchase

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
