Second time was told they was going to put me on hold to pull their computer up sat 15 minutes without anyone picking up again. So made sure to cancel my order online and will continue shopping at elsewhere.

- ABally bradfordMay 12, 20265.0I’ve been to this Lowe’s more times than I can count over the years for everything from quick home fixes to full renovation projects, and overall it’s one of the better stores in the area. The staff has always been friendly when I’ve needed help, especially in plumbing, hardware, and appliances. The store is usually clean, organized, and easy to navigate compared to some other big-box improvement stores. What I appreciate most is that even when they’re busy, someone will usually at least point you in the right direction instead of making you feel ignored. Online pickup has also been pretty smooth the few times I’ve used it. Like any large store, they occasionally run out of popular items, but overall it’s been reliable and has saved me more last-minute project runs than I’d like to admit.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
