I typically have a pleasant experience at this Lowes location; however, my experience today was nothing but terrible. I was purchasing 18 bags of river rock and flower bed trim. The employees in the garden center offered no help as they watched me push my baby’s strollers and pull a very large cart full of rocks. I was dripping sweat and they just sat, stared, and spoke amongst each other. After checking out, I pulled my car up to the front and loaded all of the rock by myself. Not one employee offered help and continued to lay up against the checkout counter while I was struggling. I understand it is in not necessarily there responsibility to help, but this was truly unbelievable. It truly shows the lack of customer service at this location. Moving forward, I will make the trip to Home Depot instead. Do better.

AGAIN it is not the customer job to go hunt down someone that works there they never to hire more works at. ALL LOWE'S. Another bad example I bought a craftsman riding lawn mower, 2 years ago, it has been in the shop 3 times already, and the people at Lowe's. Don't even try to help you get it worked on anymore. Now they are telling me that I have to call craftsmen direct when I did, they told me, I have to pay to have it worked on again, then if they think, or if they feel that it is a defect, oftentive parts from craftsmen, then and only then they will reimburse you. But we all know including me that they are going to say that is not their fault. Therefore they are not going to pay for it
The other times that I had to have that repaired, I took it to Lowe's, it's sat in their store for over three weeks. Who they sent it to, didn't do the job, right? And with it being under warranty, they had the nerve to charge me over $300 for a worth that. I didn't even approve of repeat.I didn't even approve of. That was the first time the second time it had to be repaired. They didn't even do that job, right. Lowe's repair? Is it worse? I have ever seen in my entire life. Went in an hour before closed asked for help with an expansion tank replacement. The workers were not happy to help but I am thankful they helped. They got me everything but a wrench that could fit the neck of the tank. Went back in the next day asking about what size wrench would fit it and again not happy to help me they took me to the plummers wrenches. I asked and asked and asked and all I was told was that they cannot help me. (More like would not help me). And they basically abandoned me to the aisles.
I said screw it and hired a plumber as I couldn't figure out how to get the thing off. I suggest somewhere else to shop if you need help figuring out something for the first time. This place seems like it is either for people that already know what they are doing or are willing to be treated like a pest.
