  I reserved a U-Haul truck 3 weeks in advance at this location. Less than 24 hours before my scheduled pick-up, Brittney and Melissa rebooked me and changed the pick-up time, claiming central booking made the change — which was not true. They later said someone else reserved the vehicle before me. Because of this, I would have been stuck paying movers for 1½ hours of wasted time with no truck. Thankfully, central booking was able to find me a truck at another location at the last minute, but the stress and inconvenience were unnecessary. This location is dishonest, unprofessional, and unreliable. Avoid at all costs.

  Exceptional customer service! The current employees I met were very friendly, helpful, and pleasant to speak with. I highly recommend this location to help with any of your moving or storage needs.

  Well, Feb 22nd 2023 ... My rating of this place just went down significantly. From 4 to 1 after my phone experience with a woman named Kristie today. Her new employee was ok while working alone but Kristie obviously did not understanding what the customer was needing and was rude to me. I even told her new employee when she had a customer in the office that she could call me back. Very disappointed when I look back at the repeat customer and $$$ I spent with them too. Am I wrong to think repeat customers is what businesses work hard to gain?
