Martez did a great job of showing us the features on the living room set. He was very professional and worked with the store in Montana where we will be picking it up later this month. Great employee and great shopping experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars! We had a fantastic experience at Furniture Row! We’re purchasing a couch and two rugs, and Devyn has been absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the process. Devyn was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful in making sure we found exactly what we were looking for. We never felt pressured or rushed, which made the entire shopping experience even better. Customer service like this makes all the difference! If you’re shopping at Furniture Row, I highly recommend asking for Devyn. Thank you for making our furniture shopping experience such a positive one!

My wife and I went here and found the perfect sectional and tables. Terry was extremely helpful and patient with us. The customer service Terry provided was excellent along with going through financing options. 10/10 will come back here again before anywhere else!

Cam Horne at Furniture Row is amazing to work with! He helped us through the process of finding our Yukon Section Couch. He also helped us find our Sutton dining table set. Cam is not pushy at all, as i’ve experienced with past salesmen so that is very very appreciated. His communication regarding the delivery was amazing as well. I’m thankful for the smooth process with Cam at Furniture Row! We will be back for sure

I live in a small town in North Carolina. Just built a house there and have been moved in for 3 weeks. While visiting my parents home in the Huntsville area I went to Furniture Row to check on needed items for the new house. The sales people were excellent . I purchased 3 beds to be delivered from Charlotte NC. That was furst week of July. Went back a few days latter and purchased a dining table and 4 chairs. Paid for the delivery from Charlotte. We knew it would be 6 to I weeks but no problem. Two weeks ago the wonderful salesman from Huntsville called to let me know table and chairs had been delivered to Charlotte. He said hold up on order were beds. Now here we are in our house with no beds or table for 3 weeks and no updates on arrival. This is a corporate problem and not the salesmen problem. Had I known this corporate model I would have never made the purchase. Still no furniture today September 22. Unacceptable. If something doesn't happen very soon I will request a refund.
