The purchase included a mattress protector, two pillows, and two pillow covers. When my mattress was delivered today, the mattress protector, both pillows, and both pillow covers were missing. The delivery team appeared ready to leave without mentioning the missing items. I only found out because I noticed and asked about them. After contacting the store, I was told the items were out of stock, yet no one had informed me before delivery. This was especially frustrating because I would not have slept on a brand-new mattress without a protector. To make matters worse, it was later discovered that the store actually had mattress protectors and other missing items in stock, but I had to drive to the store myself to pick up. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication and customer service. Considering the size of this purchase, I expected better. The store was not busy, yet both the manager and salesperson acted as though resolving the issue was an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to take care of a customer. The mattress itself may be excellent, but the incomplete delivery, poor communication, and indifferent attitude left a very negative first impression. For a premium purchase, I expected a much smoother experience.
