  Alabama Fencing provided an excellent quote for the amount of fence repairs we needed. Crew came out to do work and the weather turned nasty. They waited out the storm and continued thru steady rain. Came back a month later to stain. Awesome job overall! Crew is polite and eager to make sure the job is done right. Would definitely use again.

  Alabama's Fencing Did a very good job in removing about 215 feet of our old fence and replacing it with a reasonable cost white vinyl fence in addition to 2 gates. Also their employees all had a very good attitude, and followed all of my request.

  We had an extremely disappointing experience with Alabama’s Fencing from start to finish. We signed our contract and paid the required 40% deposit on May 19, 2026. Our quote reflected the fence we requested, including a shadow box fence with stain, which was required for our HOA approval. Edgar personally came to our home, measured our yard, and discussed the project with my husband and me. We specifically told him that staining the fence was a requirement, and we submitted our HOA application based on those specifications. On June 1, we began receiving multiple emails and text messages demanding additional payment and requesting receipts we had already provided. When I contacted Edgar, he admitted we were not supposed to receive those notifications, said he canceled one invoice but not the other, and sent me another receipt—even though I already had one and provided him screenshots proving it. At the time, the invoices would not load, so we assumed they had been locked because of the changes they made. Communication throughout the entire process was poor. We had to repeatedly reach out just to get updates on scheduling. Every response was vague, and no one would provide a firm installation date. We constantly had to chase the company for information instead of them communicating with us. The fence installation finally began on June 22 and wasn’t completed until June 23, when the crew returned to finish the work and clean up. After installation, we received a demand for the remaining balance even though the fence had not been stained. I contacted Edgar, who told me there had been a “misunderstanding” regarding the stain. Instead of continuing to work with us directly, he had Jazmin contact me. She insisted stain had never been included in our contract and claimed we would have to pay an additional $1,500 if we wanted the fence stained. This was also the first time anyone informed us that the fence had been built with treated lumber and would need to cure for approximately 30 days before stain could even be applied. When I logged back into our online quote, I discovered language stating that stain was “not included” had appeared in light gray on the June 1 version of the quote. That language was not on the original May 19 quote we relied upon when approving the project and paying our deposit. From our perspective, the documents appeared to have been changed after we had already agreed to the project and paid our deposit. Jazmin told me the owner, Victor, would call me. He never did. I also reached out to him directly and received no response. Our final payment was due the following day. Because their payment system did not allow us to dispute or partially pay the invoice, and because we were concerned about the possibility of a lien being placed on our home, we paid the balance in full despite the unresolved dispute. The fence itself appears well built, but the customer service, communication, billing issues, and handling of this situation were unacceptable. We felt that what was sold to us did not match what was ultimately delivered, and no one in management made any meaningful effort to resolve the issue. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Alabama’s Fencing.

  Alabama’s Fencing did an awesome job with our fence. Their crew built it in record time, just under 4 hours for 315 feet of fencing! Victor and Edgar were attentive during the job and took extra care to ensure measurements were as specified in the instructions from our HOA. They were very patient with us as we submitted multiple iterations of the proposed fence due to HOA adjustments. As a bonus, they happened to give the best quote for the job, and we still received quality work!

  They were a team and I could tell they knew their stuff!! Each one had a purpose and they had my fence up in 1 day!! It looks great and I am so very happy!! Everyone was very nice and respectful. And when they finished they cleaned up!! Alabama's fencing is great with wonderful people working for them. Thank you Edgar for a great experience.
