*NO CHANGES IN *CUSTOMER *ASSISTANCE - It’s an ongoing problem! Good luck with getting the attention of a store employee. The associate may likely have the ability to provide you with the aisle location of an item. It’s very unlikely though to receive any helpful information on a product inquiry. Don’t waist your time, Google it.

The store is terrible. They have the worst customer service of any store I've ever been in my life. The employees are very lazy don't want to help anybody if they look for stuff, and they hide from their jobs. Please don't shop here and give them your business they don't deserve it. Please switch and go to Home Depot or Ace hardware.

Lowe’s is a great place but I had an install and they contracted Hodges appliance. They are terrible and have no plumbing license or gas license. That is illegal in Alabama don’t use Lowe’s until they get a actual installer with a license

Won't answer the phone for customer service. My scheduled delivery was not delivered with the excuse that it wasn't placed in the truck. After scheduling for another weekend they snuck in a delivery charge when my original billing stated free delivery. Upon delivery, they dropped off a mower than will not start. Avoid this store. Waste of you time and money.

I would like to publicly thank Lowe's Home Improvement of Leeds, Alabama.
Yesterday, while shopping, my husband experienced a medical emergency, and I want to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank the people who stepped in to help us.
The cashier in the lumber department, Rosalyn (I believe that was her name), called 911 for me.
She relayed the operator’s questions to us and helped keep everything as organized as possible during a very frightening moment.
There were also two young men who stopped to help. They offered my husband water when he came to and moved things out of the way so the emergency personnel could get to him quickly and safely. Their willingness to stop what they were doing and help a stranger meant more to us than they probably realize.
Lastly, I want to give a very special thank-you to an older African American employee( I didn't catch his name, in my panicked state) who stayed with us the entire time. He was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, and did so much to help keep the situation calm and composed. His compassion and presence during such a stressful moment will not be soon forgotten.
Thankfully, he is doing okay. He is a little banged up from the fall, has a heart monitor, and has a few follow-up appointments ahead, but we are hopeful that everything will be fine.
We live in Moody, and moments like this remind us just how grateful we are to be part of such a wonderful, caring, and supportive neighboring community. In a world that can sometimes feel so disconnected, the kindness of complete strangers can mean everything.
To everyone who stopped, helped, called 911, offered assistance, or simply stayed nearby—thank you. We are incredibly grateful. ❤️
