Reserving the unit online was a good experience. What I feel is a big miss, is the diagram regarding where the unit resides. The online diagram and directive as to where this unit was, stated it had ground floor access. When I arrived at the storage place, the attendant provided instructions as to how to get to the unit. I accessed thru the doorway marked for their 4000 unit section. My unit was in the 6000 section. The 4000 section was the only way to get to the 6000 section. The entrance was literally a good 1000+ feet from the 6000 units PLUS, you had to go downstairs which I wasn't advised I would have to do when I made my on online reservation. I'm disabled. Had the website advise that the 6000 section required a lengthy walk AND stairs, I would've chosen a different unit. Now I'm subjected to having to bring someone with me every time, I have to go to my unit to check on my contents and/or get what I need out of my unit. I will not recommend this storage facility to anyone I know.
