Today's application was terrible. Five areas of my yard received no fertilizer. I've been a customer for 12 years, service levels have been on the decline for the last 2 years. They actually skipped application #1 this year. When confronted, they told me it was showing as "done and paid for". Neither was true. They drove up, paused for a minute, then drove off. I told the owner he was welcomed to come review my CCTV footage. Digging deeper, it was a cover up on their side because of my request for advance notice of service. (As in it's not their fault, is my fault. So it's OK to just skip it and hope the customer doesn't notice? REALLY??) With the ongoing POOR ATTITUDE and cover up as a backdrop, today's incomplete application was the last straw. On to greener pastures.

I have used them for almost 2 years. I have army worms. Now when you call it goes straight voice mail and the box is full. Very disappointing.
