Gave 2 stars only because the price was good but Fridge delivery nightmare!! First attempt old fridge moved out of kitchen but new fridge was dented and scratched which I noticed before it was even brought up the driveway. Delivery guys hooked old fridge back up which I appreciated. Second delivery two weeks later, and different guy walks in the house and sees my fridge ready to be hauled away but says he's not taking it because it's not on his order. I saw the haul away wasn't on the reorder email days prior to them coming and talked to the delivery company. Was told she saw haul.away was paid for on the original order and she would correct it for new delivery Surprise NOT corrected! Then delivery guy says he cant hook up because of part copper water line which I understood but WHY wasnt this addressed on the first delivery call. I couldve fixed water line prior to delivery. So wouldn't haul away old fridge and couldn't hook up new fridge. Refused delivery, waiting on refund.

We were at the store at 10:10 am today needing a lot of material, lumber and concrete for fence building. We could not get any if it as the lumber associate was at lunch and would not be back for another 50 minutes. To not have a backup person and not be able to assist your customers on their schedule is a terrible customer service. We spend a lot of money in Lowe's, especially in this store and we are clearly not appreciated.

We ordered a delivery on 4/14/26. They couldn’t deliver until 4/28 with a $79 delivery fee. These are all very common items, in store all the time, we just don’t have a truck. Today I received the 4 hour delivery window we always get. Then I received an email, during the delivery window time, that my order will now arrive 4/30. We called at least to get a refund on the delivery fee, it’s ridiculous to push our delivery so last minute after waiting 2 weeks for it without even calling or texting. Only emailing. They refused, rudely, to credit the delivery fee. So I canceled with Lowe’s and ordered from Home Depot and it will arrive tomorrow!! Same delivery fee as Lowe’s. But easier ordering and MUCH faster delivery. I will no longer use Lowe’s. It was my favorite hands down but lately has gone down hill and this was the last straw.
Also, on Saturday morning Lowe’s text me to confirm address and date of delivery and he was weird making me confirm order numbers and give him information after he text me about it. I got to the point I told him to stop texting me. We still confirmed but it was NEVER a back and forth beyond YES or NO. This was belligerent bickering about my open orders when I only have 1 single order.
To follow up, I posted this yesterday 4/28/26, today 4/29/26 Home Depot DID deliver my order in LESS THAN 24 hrs from me placing the order!!! For the same delivery price as Lowe’s!!! They will get a 5* review.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
