  This lady was absolutely RUDE!!!! She is at her register. My mom yes she is “white” asked this lady a question about the pool it clearly said $1- my mom I in a wheelchair- she was using the electric one- she asked hello- is this pool really a $1 giggled. This lady in picture was RUDE in her mannerisms she aggressively stomped over grabbed the sign forcefully- I stepped in and said hi my mom - then she turned her face up and rolled her eye . I asked” hey your sign states a $1 can she get it for $1- “ laughed and said no” then I said Ma’am this is your area why did you not check the signs when you started shift she walks away! I’m not happy my mother is soooo upset!! All she wanted was two lil plants her her kitchen table while she eats ALONE !! I’m more than upset ! My mother could buy all the plants and flowers that equaled this lady paycheck ! I will never come to this business again .

  Great place nice and friendly people if you can't find what you need just ask one of the employees they will gladly help you find what you need

  I am over the age of 60, small female build, and had some items that weighed more than I could pick up. I'm talking like 24 33 lb pavers, 3 bags of paver sand, and other stuff. A shopper helped me load the cart and then when I paid, I asked for help loading and they said there was nobody to help. No apologies, just a statement. So I went to the front and they acted irritated, and the man in charge acted irritated with ME because I said I need help loading. A sweet worker finally came and helped me after he made somebody come.

  Very disappointed in the choice of flock cameras bing used in your parking lot. I guess it’s just a giant corp helping another giant corp. Maybe you should consider hiring real security for your stores and helping out people with a job, instead of feeding big brother.

  Update: I called the number Lowe's gave me. The only update? "Your case is still under review." That response perfectly sums up my experience. When they expect something from the customer, the deadline is 48 hours. Miss it, and you're out of luck. When the customer expects something from Lowe's? No deadline. No urgency. No answers. Just... "We'll review it." It's hard not to notice that accountability seems to flow in only one direction. This was never just about a pressure washer. It's about how companies treat people after they've already taken your money. Most of us work hard for every dollar we spend. The least we should expect is the same sense of urgency from a company that demands it from us. At this point, Lowe's has lost my business. Thankfully, Home Depot is closer to my house anyway. Bad Business: I didn't lose a few hundred dollars. I lost confidence that companies still believe customers deserve to be treated fairly. Like most people, I work hard for my money. When I spend $250 to $300 on a product, I'm not just buying equipment. I'm buying trust. I trust that what's inside the box matches what was represented on the shelf. That trust was shattered at the Lowe's on Memorial Parkway in Huntsville. An employee pointed me to a discounted professional-grade pressure washer. I was told it had likely been sitting on the shelf for a while, which explained the lower price. It wasn't in a clearance section. It wasn't marked "as-is." There were no stickers saying it was used or previously returned. It looked like every other boxed pressure washer on the shelf. A few weeks later, life slowed down enough for me to finally open it. The excitement disappeared almost immediately. There was no protective packaging. The machine was dirty. It had dried mud on it. There was gasoline in the engine. Parts were missing. The recoil starter wasn't functioning correctly. It wasn't even fully assembled. I just stood there wondering, "How did this end up on the sales floor?" I called the store multiple times. I drove back to the store. I spoke with customer service, management, and eventually corporate. The conversation never became about why I had apparently been sold a used pressure washer as though it were new. It became about the 48-hour return policy. I understand why companies have policies. But shouldn't there be just as much commitment to ensuring customers receive quality products as there is to enforcing return deadlines? I wasn't asking for special treatment. I wasn't demanding anything unreasonable. I simply wanted Lowe's to stand behind what they sold me. Corporate initially told me pressure washers had a 30-day return window. Later that answer changed. Then I received an automated email saying my case would be investigated, that I might not receive a response, and that sending additional emails could delay the process. When I finally called back, I was told my case had been closed. Closed without anyone explaining how this happened. Closed without anyone telling me what Lowe's is doing to make sure another customer doesn't experience the same thing. That's what disappoints me the most. This is bigger than one pressure washer. It feels like another example of a company being unwavering when it comes to protecting its policies while showing far less urgency about protecting its customers. We work hard for our money. We save for purchases like these. We trust companies to sell us what they advertise. When something goes this wrong, customers deserve more than an automated email, a closed case, and silence. Lowe's, I have one simple question: What guarantee can you give your customers that another used product won't be boxed up, placed back on the shelf, and sold as new? Because policies build consistency. Accountability builds trust. And right now, trust is what I walked away without.
