- SBSherry Bates6 days ago3.0Sale clerk was professional. But they have a ridiculous charge for local delivery! $299.00!!! So the sale price was not as great when they add that cost. They didn't offer any other service to off set that cost. Which to me has be even done in many other shops in the area. Hoping we like it in our home.

- RRRussJun 8, 20261.0BEWARE! Bought a really expensive la-z-boy recliner chair (over a grand), these are supposed to be good. In just a couple of years the base broke off and the chair fell over. Filed a claim under their warranty 'Protection Plan' and it was rejected, due a mechanical component clause. What are they warrantying, foam? fabric? The mechanical section is the only thing that you would be interested in warranty service on. The bottom line is these chairs are just not made well, and are overly expensive.
