  The chair that we picked based on the showroom floor was not the chair that was delivered, and the sales staff was very good in helping us swap that out at no charge. The guys that delivered and picked up the chair were very nice and the website made it easy to figure out what time they would arrive.

  I could not have asked for a better experience at La-Z-Boy Huntsville. I went in hoping to find recliner for myself during the Sale they're having. With the very pleasant and patient assistance of Kate Godlesky, the Sales Manager, I was able to put together an order for a chair customized to fit me with the features I selected including fabric style and color. Any and all my questions were answered without hesitation. Being a custom order, I'm looking forward to it being delivered in 6-8 weeks.

  After recently moving into Madison Al I decided to visit one of my favorite stores!! La-Z-Boy has been my go to for many years! I was so happy to wonder in on the start of their Labor Day Sale! Their customer service was beyond GREAT!! I just love my beautiful accessories and appreciate the bargain prices of 75% off!! Thank you guys for a very pleasant shopping experience!! I’ll be back!!

  The salesperson sold me some chairs years ago and came up to me immediately when I entered the store. She was very helpful and kind and patient with me. I’m having a hard time making my mind up. I need lumbar support and several recliners feel very good but still trying to decide. There are so many comfortable recliners I know I really can’t go wrong. I enjoyed my experience!

  Pretty disappointing furniture. We’ve had our new sectional for almost 3 weeks, and I’m shocked at how flat and uncomfortable the cushions have become already. I suppose they want you to purchase an upgraded cushion type (we bought the standard), because these are not likely to hold up for very long. This is from someone who kept their standard Ashley sofa for 15 years. We bought the storage chaise piece — very uncomfortable to sit in. The back cushion sits over an inch lower on top than the seat beside it. The seat sinks down uncomfortably. The throw pillows’ zipper has a sharp part that sticks out if the zipper is turned one direction — strange design. Not fun for adults if it sticks you, but even more concerning if you have a toddler. I never leave bad reviews, but I’m so disappointed after such a large purchase.
