Great quality furniture with great options and if you don't find the exact color or features you want in something they can customize them for you. I was looking for a recliner big comfy but still good Support got what I wanted and they made it for me so I could get memory foam in the vase and they covered it in material my wife liked to match the decor. Like it so much bought 2 so she has her own even the handle they made the color I wanted. So if your in the market for good quality and great service go see Kate Godlesky she will treat you right!
- DHD HApr 24, 20264.0Overall great experience with the Lazy Boy at Highway 72 in Huntsville and so far we are very happy with the sofa we purchased. The only issue we had was with pickup. Lazy boy strongly discourages customer pickup, instead strongly pushing the $100 delivery option. As an apparent disincentive to pick up your own furniture, they make you schedule an appointment during very limited pickup windows, as in a couple hours in the middle of the work day, twice a week. This restriction was not mentioned in advance. We only learned of it when we tried to pick up our item. To their credit, the store manager acknowledged the issues with the corporate policy, and scheduled a free delivery for us (we are only a couple miles from the store). That solved the problem, but be forewarned, they make customer pick up of larger items extremely difficult and inconvenient. Bottom line, budget for the $100 delivery. It's really your only option.
