First the positives: after two years of entrusting this storage with my "stuff" while working in another state, I went in to check on them. Impressively, everything was where I left them and still very clean. I applaud y'all for that. Thank you Cali for picking up my customer service call about the Rollercoaster rate changes that I experienced during that time. I appreciate you making that overdue adjustment on my storage fee which is a much more fair price. Thank you for making my day! I was planning to take my business elsewhere in the next couple weeks, but now I can stay a while longer. Kudos to people like you who serve with compassion. One drawback I found on visiting last week was that the app did not work as planned. I had to key in the code to get through the gate, and access to the storage was a puzzle for at lease twenty minutes. Once I called customer service they explained the problem with the app and the doors. I finally got in and was happy that everything was orderly and clean. To top things off, they had good lighting and great music to entertain me as I worked, so although no one was there, I felt right at home. It's no wonder I see this storage company expanding in all the cities I visit. Y'all are doing something right. Keep the positive and fair vibes going. Thank you so much! Forward Blessings 🙌🏼 🙏 ✨️

This storage is one of the best places to storage your valuables. The place is clean and all of the staff seem to be very friendly and helpful. I love the fact that you can use the Bluetooth lock & entry to get into your storage.
