  I want to take a moment to recognize Mikayla for the outstanding customer service she provided during my recent visit. From the moment I started explaining the concerns I was having with my refrigerator, she immediately took the time to truly listen and acknowledge the issue instead of rushing through the conversation. She was patient, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Mikayla went above and beyond to help me find the best solution for my home and budget. She carefully explained the benefits of purchasing the appliance bundle, which included both the refrigerator and stove, and made sure I understood all my options before making a decision. I never felt pressured — instead, I felt informed and supported the entire time. Her ability to explain everything in detail made me feel confident in my purchase. What really stood out to me was how thorough and attentive she was. She also asked if I was interested in applying for a Lowe’s card and explained the savings and benefits that could come with it. On top of that, after hearing me mention that my refrigerator filter constantly keeps going out, she even recommended looking into a water treatment solution to help with the issue long term. That level of attention to detail and care is something you do not see often anymore. Mikayla was extremely friendly, approachable, and professional the entire experience. She made the whole appliance shopping process smooth and stress-free, and she treated me like a valued customer instead of just another sale. Employees like her are a huge reason customers continue coming back. Thank you again, Mikayla, for your patience, kindness, and exceptional customer service. It truly made a difference and I greatly appreciate all your help!

  In this age of scams, I never would have thought companies like Lowes would be a participant. My husband bought a brand-new GE washing machine on May 2nd for $657 and I used it for the first time on yesterday. The machine filled partially up, then began to spew water from underneath, flooding my washroom and the room behind it before I could cut the machine off. My husband unhooked it and took it back to return it for an exchange but was surprisingly told it could not be returned or exchanged because he had not bought it with a Lowe's credit card! Additionally, he would have to contact GE to have it repaired! I am a 65-year-old hard working RN with limited time off and could not wash our clothes due to this situation! After spending that much money and to be treated with such disregard is unacceptable! I have shopped at Lowes because they were always customer oriented, but this situation has changed my perspective. From now on Home Depot gets our business!

  I went to this store on 5/12/26 around 12:30. I went to the pickup area because I had materials to pick up that my boss had ordered. I went to the register, and she asked for the order number. I gave it to her, and she said I couldn’t pick up the order because I wasn’t listed for pickup or whatever. So, I texted my boss and said, “Hey, they said I’m not able to pick the order up because you didn’t put me down.” My boss said, “Okay, just ask them to call me.” So, I asked the so-called “Tan” (Latanisha) if she could call him, and she straight up said no with a terrible attitude. All of this made my boss place a whole different order. I went back up there, and she looked at me and said, “It was placed 5 minutes ago. You have to wait,” in such a rude manner, like she didn’t even want to be there. So, I asked her for her name because she felt special, I guess, and didn’t need to wear a name tag. She said, “Why do you need my name?” I said, “My boss wants it.” She pulled it out, and while I was trying to look at it, she covered it, but luckily I saw it. Then she started yelling in my face, asking why I needed her name. She was just sitting on her phone, leaning against the counter, while I was supposedly waiting on a store manager they had called. Then she brought in another so-called employee, “Sharron,” who also had a rude attitude. The new order was tendered and everything. Before I left, my boss texted me and told me to request a store manager. I told a girl with pink hair, and she said, “Okay.” Latanisha then proceeded to yell in a rude voice, “The store manager was right here. You ran him off.” So, I told her, “Can you get him down here?” They said, “Okay.” It had been 30 minutes, and no store manager came. I politely asked another older lady behind the counter if she could get him. She responded with, “That’s what you’ve been waiting for?” I said, “Yes, ma’am.” Then this guy came out pretending to be the store manager and proceeded to call my boss, acting like he was the store manager. Terrible staff. Careless. People like this need to stay home and sleep all day.
