- DCDavid Cole2 days ago5.0Very positive experience. The delivery is more than a week out and Lazyboy’s delivery doesn’t have take away services(hauling the old recliner that’s being replaced). THAT’s a very negative impact. If appliance companies haul away, WHY NOT LAZYBOY! The people have spoken! You lose business when you don’t have haul away services. See attached photo of what I have to dispose off.

- JFJan FullerAug 26, 20265.0Pleasant shopping experience-no pressure or rushing your decisions with scare tactics like low inventory etc. Went in for lift recliner but left with recliner special ordered and several incredible sale items. Saved $1200 on recliner at 30% off and got gorgeous $490 rug for $75 and embroidered throw pillows for $10 each (regularly $60) along with other items at unbelievable sale prices. Can’t say enough good things about Renee Louallen who helped us with everything. She was a joy to work with- kind, good humor and friendly. She also explained everything clearly regarding what was on sale and interest free financing. Will definitely shop there in future.
