  Shopping experience was good but beware, our sales associate was not at all transparent or honest in the fact that the promotion she mentioned to us in store, of 0 down and 0 pmt for 48 months, was on basis of applying for an actual credit card...not just a credit score check. She never clarified that stipulation when gathering information AND when we asked her how long the financing promotion was going on till, she said the day we were there 8/30, was the last day the financing was being offered. We actually asked her to clarify what she said because that would impact our decision to make a purchase now vs later and she confirmed expired 8/30. On the way home I got a security alert notification on my phone that an application for a retailer credit card was attempted to be processed. I started researching when I got home and that's when I saw on their website that the financing was by applying for a lazy boy credit card. We also noticed in one of the photos we took while there, a sign in the background, that read that the financing she told us about, is actually offered through 9/14. So, she flat out lied to us to get the sale. Sneaky tactics rather than being openly honest and transparent, and flat out lying is completely unprofessional and screams lacking personal integrity which will get you bad reviews and word of mouth travels fast!!

  Norman was very helpful in explaining the process and options that we had. He was also very knowledgeable of his product line and was able to answer all of our questions!

  Elizabeth and Janell at the Hwy 280 store are FANTASTIC!! Elizabeth was a tremendous help in showing me options for my living room, answering all my questions, telling me details that were important ... all while being so pleasant and and make this a fun shopping experience! Janell is a superb decorator! Like Elizabeth, she quickly determined the "vibe" I wanted to redo the room! She also made this a fun experience and put tremendous extra effort into coming up with a decorating plan, finding the perfect pieces to compliment the sofa and chairs I had chosen with Elizabeth's help. I cannot say enough good things about these two ladies, their talent, their knowledge of the products, their willingness to go the extra mile to make me a happy customer, and their kindness. Thank you, ladies!! Highly recommend them and the Hwy 280 LazyBoy store.

  The products have been outstanding. The sales people are also top notch. They have a problem with the delivery system. Multiple people telling different dates. Our 1st delivery was not sent as stated. Waited all day for it. We had to call them to be told it would be several days later before receiving our order. We are awaiting our next delivery…….

  The shopping and designing part of our experience went pretty well, however, once we placed our order we were told 6-8 weeks. We are going on 10 weeks and no furniture and there has been no communication from the store.
