- FFfphilbeckApr 24, 20261.0Purchased a couch and two loveseats. Delivered yesterday after two months wait. Even the delivery people said wow these are really wobbly and not stable. Called customer service. She said they would send a tech out. Left me on hold and then came back and said we have no time slots available (bad sign) so I will “call you back”. I asked if I should just send it back. She was happy to quickly say that’s up to you….of course knowing that I would have to wait another 2 months. And as they texted me a hundred times that there could be no obstacles for the delivery people I had already removed my old furniture. So, long and short, I did my part. Paid cash for the furniture which was probably mistake one. Waited patiently for it to be shipped, called customer service when it arrived in poor condition, and now I have received no call back scheduling for a tech to come fix it…it’s all three pieces not just one so I suspect it’s a quality control issue with all their furniture….buyer beware. My advice is to look elsewhere for furniture where customer service is important to the company.

Well no, needed the furniture and wobbly furniture is better than none at all. So now I am stuck waiting for them to “call me back.” Sad first experience with lazy boy.
