  As an experienced crafter who regularly visits Hobby Lobby, I have been to multiple stores, and this location was my third visit. The store manager, accompanied by another gentleman who may or may not have been a colleague, gave me a stern look while circulating around the store. At first, I thought perhaps they were having a bad day and chose to disregard it. However, when I went to the checkout counter with around $300 worth of merchandise, the manager walked by and bumped into me without apologizing or expressing any regret. My mother, who was with me, suggested I overlook the incident as and give it to God, which is what I did. Given my frequent patronage of Hobby Lobby, a store that identifies as Christian, I was disappointed by the manager's behavior, which didn't reflect the values the store claims to uphold. I don’t like to complain at all but this really hurt my feelings. If you check the cameras on May 13th you will see this incident take place. I had on black leggings and a purple top that says faith. Nonetheless, I plan to heed my mother's advice and not dwell on the incident.

  The Hobby Lobby was well organized but I had a really disappointing experience at Hobby Lobby. The customer service was extremely poor—employees seemed uninterested in helping and avoided eye contact when I clearly needed assistance. I walked around for quite a while trying to find someone, and when I finally did, they gave vague answers and didn’t make any effort to actually help me locate what I needed. It felt like customers were more of an inconvenience than a priority. For a store that has such a wide selection, you’d expect better support to help navigate it. Unfortunately, the lack of helpful staff made the experience frustrating and not worth the visit. I hope they improve their customer service in the future because right now it really brings down the whole store.
