    This was my first time at At Home, and I honestly loved how overwhelming it was in a good way. If you’re into decor, design, or just updating your space, they have so many options. I definitely wish I knew about this store sooner because I probably would’ve been coming here already. The prices were reasonable, and a lot of the items were in season, which made it even better. The end caps were my favorite they had all the fun stuff and little add-ons you don’t even realize you need. I ended up grabbing a few things from there. The only downside was the lack of help on the floor. I didn’t really see many employees, and there were carts blocking some aisles that we had to move ourselves. When we finally found someone to help us with blackout curtains, we were basically told to check item numbers and look up top ourselves, which I didn’t love I feel like that’s something staff should assist with. But overall, the experience was still good. The cashiers were extremely nice, and we did end up finding the blackout curtains and rod we needed (even though another option we liked was sold out). I would definitely come back, just hoping for a little more help on the floor next time.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
