- LWLauren Welden2 days ago5.0First of all, Hobby Lobby is one of my favorite stores. Every season offers a chance to be creative and at a bargain price. I have been on the search for a fuzzy lamb ornament that Hobby Lobby had last year and again this year. I drove to the Gardendale Hobby Lobby and it's a success story going forward. I asked a sales associate, Kelly, if she might help me look for that ornament and even help me think outside the box of where it might be located. I had looked and relooked at this point. She cheerfully found a ladder and asked for assistance from Noah to retrieve a bin way at the top of the shelving. She thought she might have spotted the lambs. Indeed she did. I bought everyone the store had. I left yesterday smiling at how refreshing it is to have employees like Kelly and Noah that were eager to help and seemed to share in my excitement of a successful search. Thank you thank you! You demonstrated excellence in your job.

- MLMadison LockeAug 29, 20261.0Horrible service, rude staff every time I go there. The redhead and the older lady who work the return desk are not friendly, give attitude to people, and aren't helpful at their job. I came in to do a return, tried to be very polite, and they wouldn't even give me the time of day. If I wanted a Dollar General attitude, I should have just gone there. Do better, Hobby Lobby, it might be worth hiring better managers who actually want to do their job, instead of spending their time giving your customers a horrible experience, if you're expecting people to keep bringing their business here with those ladies in charge.
