- MLMadison Locke3 days ago1.0Horrible service, rude staff every time I go there. The redhead and the older lady who work the return desk are not friendly, give attitude to people, and aren't helpful at their job. I came in to do a return, tried to be very polite, and they wouldn't even give me the time of day. If I wanted a Dollar General attitude, I should have just gone there. Do better, Hobby Lobby, it might be worth hiring better managers who actually want to do their job, instead of spending their time giving your customers a horrible experience, if you're expecting people to keep bringing their business here with those ladies in charge.

The manager was up front watching, controlling and there for his associates. May have been only that day but he was def involved. Love shopping and looking. My favorite place to dilly dally and piddle paddle. If I have extra time or need to wait, def going to Hobby Lobby.
