I have spent a significant amount of money at this store over the years and have always been a loyal customer. That is why I am so disappointed. There is a clear, large “Lowe’s Deals” sign posted right in the tool section advertising a Limited Time Deal: FREE MultiVolt 36V/18V 4Ah Battery (Item #6810831) with the purchase of select Metabo 18V power tools. The sign states the offer is valid 8-6-26 through 10-28-26, with the discount taken at the time of purchase. I selected a qualifying tool and expected the free battery as advertised. The store refused to honor the deal even though the sign was clear. When a store posts a promotion this prominently and then fails to follow through, it feels like bait-and-switch. I expect better from a location where I have spent so much money. Hoping management addresses this with me so customers don’t have the same experience.

If I could give zero stars I would! I come to this store often because its convenient to my work. Never can find any help at all. Registers are only open at the lumber side. The guys that are supposed to help you load are always hiding on the side of the building. The building materials section is filthy and unorganized. Today I couldn't even navigate the aisles because thay had stuff al down on the floor. Very unprofessional.

Good luck trying to get any customer service in the store or on the phone. I once waited over 30 minutes for someone to come to the tool section. I go to this store only out of necessity for last minute purchases. I forgot some item a week ago and could not get someone in the phone. After a long time on wait, some rude employee just left me on hold and I was forced to hang up.

I have tried multiple times now to get paint at various times, at various days, where there's high traffic in the store. Completely intended on spending enough money to paint the whole interior of a home. Every time it's "nobody is working paint" and then "we will try to get somebody to come help." But help never showed up. I've wasted precious time on jobs at this run down store. Most of the store is understaffed and if you aren't a frequent customer, good luck finding what you're looking for or anyone that gives a crap to help you. Myself and many others I work with take our business elsewhere to skip the hassle; shame on me for trying to go somewhere close by.
