- LSLily ShedeckJun 26, 20262.0I recommend that the workers need to be nicer and show people we're things are.l am a painter I go in there all the time I know exactly were it is but today I went in looking for henna I tried asking were to find it and everyone was in such a bad mood and directed me all around the store It wasn't until I'm guessing the manager she was a female helped me but wasn't very happy about it but ACTUALLY lead me to it .Everyone has bad days but for three different workers to be grouchy isn't really nice Im not trying to be mean I love hobby lobby because they usually have everything I need but hobby lobby needs to work on their service.As I was leaving the women upfront checked me out and asked me how my service was I said bad and and she politely responded with I'm sorry have a good day. I hope next time I'm looking for something or someone else is they can be nicer about it just because you're having a bad day or is tired Dosent mean you can't show kindness.

When I arrived the front end mgr Tina said you have to wait in this line, I only have one cashier. So I waited in line, started in 6th position and it took me way longer than it should have. Ridiculous! There should always be a return line when there’s 2 people.
