  PC’s Nursery is hands down the best! They do absolutely fantastic work and truly care about their customers. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with a smile and treated like family. Their staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help you find exactly what you need. The quality of their plants and products is outstanding, and it’s clear they take pride in everything they do. If you’re looking for exceptional customer service and beautiful, healthy plants, I can’t recommend PC’s Nursery enough!

  Very disappointed with the level of customer service after the check was cashed. I called PCs to find out about getting a yard for our brand new house. We needed the yard leveled to drain rain water and sod around the house and new driveway. Owen (Owner) called me back and came out in a few days to see what would be needed. He figured out that we needed Sod, grass seed (rye & centipede) and 1 load of sand to build up edges of the driveway. We scheduled a date in December to have them come out to start leveling the yard and getting our yard started. I had a load of sand waiting on him. The crew showed up and hadn't been given any instructions on what to do so, they had to ask me since Owen wasn't with them. They brought a skid steer loader and moved the sand and scraped a little bit of dirt around. They didn't have anything like a transit level to determine if the yard was going to drain water or not and just eyeballed it. It looked level to me and I figured they knew what they were doing since this was an older business. They placed the sod around the house and along the driveway and seeded the rest of the yard as discussed. They didn't have enough hay to cover the seed in the front yard and told me that Owen would send someone back out to put down hay. I was leaving town that afternoon and decided to leave a check for Owen to pick up instead of making him wait on it in the mail since it was $7,300.00. Owen called me before I left and told me he was coming out to inspect it and pick up the check. I told him about the missing hay and I assumed he would bring some to finish the job since we live almost to Florida. He called me back after he picked up the check and when I asked him about the hay, he told me that he hadn't brought it with him when he came out. I called him many times over the next few weeks and I had to remind him everytime of the missing hay. One of the times he told me how the hay really didnt do much of anything and wasn't needed. I told him that I wanted it because I'd paid for it at a minimum whether he felt like I needed it or not. It stayed dry for weeks and the first shower we had, I watched birds bathing in the water that was standing in the front yard. I also watched them eat all the grass seed that hadn't been covered for months now. When I called him, he convinced me that the seed was still there and would come up by May for sure. I called Owen one last time on 5/12/26. Again, I had to remind him about the hay and now it needed to be reseeded because of the birds eating it. Grass HADN'T sprouted in the front yard as he assured me it would. He told me that he'd send someone out the next couple of days or at worst the next week because they were very busy right now. I told him that I'd been very patient for the past 5 months and I wouldn't be calling him again about it. I told him that he could send someone or don't but, he wouldn't get another reminder for me to hear more excuses about it. I think he took me seriously this time because he sent someone out the next day. If I had it to do over again, I could have done better myself for alot less money. My yard doesn't drain as Owen said it would and I have spots that hold a lot of rain water that doesn't drain. No dirt was layered over my septic tank as Owen said would be done so, now that sod is dead. I will need more sod and grass seeded after we get our pond completed and it will NOT be done by PCs Nursery. Owen has gotten his last dime from us. Buyer beware.

  We have been to this nursery for multiple things, including fruit trees to put around our pool deck and ferns to go around our pergola. We’ve gotten mulch, we’ve gotten soil. Everything is top quality at great prices and they have a huge assortment. Everyone that’s helped us has been amazing and we really like Owen. He helped us today and was so knowledgeable and super friendly and a good time! This should be your choice for Dothan Nurseries! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
