- MPMicah PelhamJan 15, 20201.0I had an awful experience with this showroom. I am building a home and needed to select lighting. Amanda was extremely rude to me. When I arrived, she did not want to assist me and asked if I could come back. When I explained that I needed to pick out lighting due to upcoming travel, she was extremely frustrated. On many occasions, she belittled next. She told me that if I had an interior designer, then I would understand that the lighting did not have to match the plumbing fixtures. She told another customer on the phone that she couldn’t help them in front of me and other sales associates because she hadn’t even had lunch. She hung up on another customer and when they called back, she stated that they obviously didn’t understand if someone hangs up on you, then don’t call back. This was by far the worst experience in customer service I have ever had. I do not plan on using them to furnish the lighting in my home.
