We attempted to buy the quickest type so we wouldn't have to get new keys, the first person came and didnt know how to do it, then we waited 40 minutes for another person to come, he then told me it cost 5 dollars a cylinder to rekey the locks, we accepted that, 40 minutes later still hadn't done the 4 locks. We retrieved our original key and left. The employees were on YouTube trying to figure out how to do the work. This is the worst experience I have ever had at lowes. We waisted 2 hours of our evening and still didnt get what we came for.. this is the worst service I've ever seen. We won't be back...

Not one person offered help.\n And if you looked them in the eye, they turned and ran as fast as they could period this has happened to me several times I just went home and ordered about $300 1 mine from Walmart. And it was delivered to me in just 3 hours. This\nStore does not care if you buy anything or not.So from now on I will not

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase.
