I recently ordered a patio set from this Lowe's location online, to be picked up from this store. I went to pick it up, everything was already assembled. The pick up details did not specify that it would be fully assembled. I figured I could disassemble it to make it fit in the car and flagged down a Lowe's assistant to see if he could find us an Allen key so we could disassemble it. He came back out with the wrong tool. We realized that the people who assembled the patio set had also used the wrong tool for assembly and they stripped the screws so badly that we couldn't get them off. I also had to buy my own Allen key set from Lowe's just for the pleasure of figuring this out, since no one at the store apparently has access to one. I promptly returned the patio set. Terrible service, won't be shopping at this Lowe's again and I'll likely not be visiting the other stores either.

Ordered a good bit of stuff to be picked up curbside. Got there, checked in, waited about 45 minutes. No one came out with my order, so I went in the store to the order pick up location. No one there, so I asked the lady at the return counter where the people were that brought your order to you. She rudely told me they were not working today. I can’t believe they were not there. I got a text and an email saying my order was ready to be picked up. I cancelled my order and went to Home Depot and bought the $500.00 dollars worth of merchandise from them.

Not bad, but the sheer lack of care for some plants is ridiculous. Who wants to pay full price for a Japanese maple or other tree that looks like an assault victim, roots exposed to sun for days, then set back up like nothing happened.

Delivered some pavers to this store. Sat for over an hour and no one unloaded my truck. The lady in receiving was nonchalant and brushed me off. I asked to speak to a manager and waited at customer service for over 20 minutes. Manager on duty did not have the decency to come to the desk, instead he communicated with the front desk associate over the handheld device. This place does not value delivery drivers. Do not accept any loads delivering here.
