I had a delivery order scheduled for today. I have workers scheduled and I needed the materials in this order to complete my project.
Lowe's changed my delivery date, and extended it out FIVE days. And now I cannot even get a refund So Ican make arrangements to pick up the material today. I'm told I have to wait 7-10 days for the refund to be processed back to my checking account.
This is so very unsatisfactory. Just horrible customer service!!!
I'll never place a delivery order here again.

I found my floors here and I’m so happy!
They have so many options it actually made it easier for me to take my time and make sure I picked the right one for my salon.
Everything was well organized and easy to compare.
The pricing was very reasonable, especially as an entrepreneur trying to stay within budget but still get quality.
I walked in knowing what I wanted and left confident in my choice. That’s the best feeling.

Ordered a delivery order that was fulfilled by this store. Received wrong item in delivery. After back & forth with customer service, they agreed to schedule a pick up return. Was called by this store a couple days later to say I would have to come to store to pick up a gift card because they were unable to process my return on original payment method. I asked if they could just deliver correct item & she said not an option. My husband went to store a few days later to retrieve gift card, and the staff was “unable to locate it” and the manager was “at lunch.” Follow up was poor & now I’ve been on hold for 45 mins trying to make sure refund will actually be available when we come back to the store. Super frustrating experience, & now I’m still out my refund $, don’t have the right item, and making 2+ trips to store which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place! We will shop elsewhere from now on.

Hello, I wanted to recognize this Lowe’s location! I have been going here for 2 years!!! I used to go the competitors store but simply quit because of the personnel. Lowe’s employees are so nice, helpful, and helps with ideas for your home needs in all departments. It just amazed me the difference a few years ago. I am a Veterans (27 years Air Force) so I can see organization and a solid business. This week I had to stop by several times and heavy picks up! I order online and the pickup services and men helping me load railroad cross ties was epic! I had to make several trips with such items and it was ok with them. I even bought 4 Jersey Mikes sandwhich meals in my 3rd time back. Today I finished. I gave excellent verbal satiation to Kevin in the flowed section and he was so nice and answered all my questions. Sheri, Say and Nassim were so nice and helpful! Sheri I have seen out there in 25 degree weather working that register so many times! Say and Nassim were a joy as Men loading all the heavy stuff. It amazing with all the weather changes in the past several days how they have had to move all the flowers and plants around to save them for the community to buy! I hope Lowe’s upper management take time to read this to understand they have Valued and Dedicated employees for us out here in the community to shop! Bravo Lowe’s 280!! Thank You all! See you soon! These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase.
