However, once the sale went through and we encountered a shipping timing issue, her tone and professionalism completely shifted. I have rarely been spoken to so rudely by a salesperson. Given the significant investment I made in this furniture, I expected a high level of post-purchase support. Save yourself the trouble: skip the brick-and-mortar store and buy online, where you'll likely receive much better service.
