  My fiancé rented a UHAUL for us the other day and after going to 3 different places and getting the runaround, we saw what we needed at this location,’ called UHaul and reserved it, pulled up and within 15 minutes we were on the road. Thank you Andrea for prompt and professional service and even helped my boyfriend who didn’t really know how to hitch the trailer 🤣🤣🤣

  The manager here is extremely rude. She is unreasonable. She lacks people skills. She definitely does not need to have a lead customer service position. She tacks on unnecessary fees and makes it very difficult to pay any less than 2x your unit price plus. Even if you’ve paid a ridiculous amount of extra fees already. She will barter with some people on payment but not all. There is no one above her to reach out too. So what she says is what it is and if she don’t like you, your screwed. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. If I could get my things out of here I would in a heartbeat, but because of the insaine amount of fees, I will end up loosing my things to this company.

  The Good: Cheaper than the Uhaul across the street. The Bad: Not climate controlled; many of my household items, clothes, and other fabrics were discolored, molded, and ruined from the extreme humidity and temperatures. So protect your things. Experience; The groundskeeper Phillip, told me to clean the unit to avoid a cleaning charge. I cleaned it and took photos of it. A week later, he still charged a cleaning fee.
