Yeah, Tyler was amazing. Got us a very nice unit. It was 100° outside. He made sure the unit was clean you got in and out pretty quick. Will definitely use this place again. We are very very happy with Tyler. He’s a great guy.

Patricia made my move-out process so easy! She was incredibly kind, patient, and informative every step of the way. When I accidentally got locked out of my storage unit, she went above and beyond to help me get everything resolved quickly. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. Do NOT rent from this place. It is a money scam and customer service is horrific. Within 2 years our rent tripled in price and it wasn't until deciding to leave that they offered to lower it (despite numerous attempts in the months leading up to this. I gave proper move out notice, but they refuse to prorate the rent and return the 2.5 weeks that we had prepaid but are unused due to moving out.
Again, this is WITH proper move out notice. This location has terrible communication and customer service and I strongly advise not renting here. I've already ensured that 2 friends (who are looking for a storage location) are not considering this place in the slightest. All they want is your money, and make sure to take advantage of you to get it!
