I was the first person to rent a storage spot when this facility opened in 2017 having my choice of spots for my fifthwheel. Rented this spot until May 2026. Using the last two years I was blocked from accessing my original parking spot. I talked to Josh Kerr on many occasions about the issue. The last few months he moved someone else into the spot directing me to another third spot. No choice on my part as to where to put my trailer. Then I come back from being out of town and find a bumper pull trailer parked in front of mine blocking my ability to hook up. I told Josh I needed my trailer that weekend. When I went to get my trailer I was unable to hook up again. I incurred $700 in rv park charges because of same day cancellation. I tried to recover this from uplift. It’s not our fault is what I was told. I have tried to take this to small claims court. Have been unable to serve papers on Josh or company. I wouldn’t recommend renting a spot from them.

This place is terrible! I’ve been using them for 4 years now! The rent is constantly increases, the old owners were very nice and the storages were reasonably priced! They put locks on your storage and never remove them so when you come to your storage you can’t access it! The phone line never works so you can’t communicate with anyone! When you’re late on your payment they reached out and text and send threats from other numbers about your payment! I paid my storage payment the beginning of the month, it’s now the 16th and there is still a overlock on my storage after I have texted and asked them to take it off this company is terrible bring the old owners back!

I’ve been with them for 3 years and they keep increasing the prices, I loved the old company they were really nice and reasonable but the prices are ridiculous now I think I will consider another company.
