    I placed an online order with a delivery scheduled 5 days from the order date due to that day being the first available delivery day. The day of the scheduled delivery (between 8a-8p) I patiently waited for the order to give updates and say “out for delivery” I never got a text, email, or app notification so I frequently checked the order status in the app. Each time it said “preparing order” up until 7:30pm when it said delayed. Calling the morning after the scheduled delivery has been terrible. I’ve called and gotten through to automated system 4-5 times and sit on hold until the phone starts ringing. I can hear someone pick up the receiver and then end the call. One time the automated system incorrectly transferred me to tools and someone answered and said “this is tools” I explained I had been incorrectly transferred to tools and needed to speak with delivery and was immediately hung up on once I explained the situation. Understanding they could be busy and the phone situation being a “one off” it’s still quite frustrating putting it all together. No communication about the delayed order. When I finally got the delivery department on the phone they were helpful. Edit: I changed this review from 2 stars to 1 and if I could make it negative I would. After rescheduling my order with a new delivery window from 9:30a-1:30p and it not being delivered I messaged a representative through the app and was notified my items have gone missing.

    We had 12x12 pavers to get and an awesome group of young guys came out and helped us load, they were kind and worked together really great.

    It's a Lowes. Not a lot of helpful folks. You have to check yourself out. They never have a cashier.

    Had a return 04-12 around 1.-1:15. Went to customer service, didn’t get any names but the young lady who checked me out kinda short dark skin was very sweet and kind , i informed her i left my card in the car and I’ll be right back she can start scanning my item, came back another girl was up there apparently the other one left or what not, not sure but the other girl ( long nails, light skin, braids) was not friendly and seem to have had an attitude, asked her to call someone over the mic so I can have help w/ taking tile to the car waited almost 10 mins before she said I’m about to call again , i was already in the process of walking out. My thing is if you don’t want to be at work then don’t come, people walking in needing assistance and u just standing there on your phone like you don’t want to be there, very unprofessional, let her work in the back or some . Uhhh

    Horrible. Walked up to the customer service desk, the lady was slumped over on the computer. Didn’t greet me, ask how can she help, etc nothing. I greeted her. No response then just told her what I needed. I have a Kobalt product that I called kobalt about and got an authorization code for a warranty replacement, she acted like this was an inconvenience. Then we get the return authorization number and it’s only allowing her to enter in as a return to Lowe’s pay. Which is an account I no longer have and I would have to wait on a check to be sent to me to purchase a new one. This is beyond frustrating, but would have been much more pleasant if the customer service agent was actually willing and nice.
