Absolutely the worst. Had a refrigerator delivered damaged and waited for someone to contact me like the driver said they would and that never happened. I had to find a number to call because good luck finding a contact number on their website and then was treated rudely like it was my fault I wanted a replacement. I also ordered a dishwasher on 5/18 and still waiting to get it installed 11 days later. People stay away from Lowes it's just not worth the hassle. I have spent $2200 in the last 2 weeks at Lowes and as God is my witness I will never step foot in another Lowes again.

Zero stars would be better or negative. Incompetency isn’t the word starting with the manager I believe his name is Cedric. I bought a Primo water cooler the box clearly stated in plain US English that a five gallon water cooler was included and the discount was taken at the register. So as I was checking out I asked how this works little did I know that all you have to do is get a five gallon water just and scan it with the purchase of the cooler and the system marks it down to zero but I’m not a Lowe’s employee so I don’t know this. The store manager came out African American gentleman he offered no assistance and said that the water is not free even though the product in his sore clearly states that it’s free with purchase. I reiterated that I don’t want anything for free I just want what comes with the product again he stood his ground and said that it’s not free I said ok and left. Now I drive to the other side of town to the homewood location told them the situation and the assistant manager was there either Darrrel or Darnell white gentleman very helpful he explained that you just have to scan the water jug when you purchase the product and the system automatically gives you the discount so I had to return the water cooler and purchase it again to get the discount very efficient when gas is $5 and I have to drive to the other side of town due to employees that don’t know what they are doing. I know Lowe’s doesn’t care I’m just one business customer out of many for a publicly traded company that makes billions per quarter but my problem is the attitudes of the employees specifically the arrogant manager that didn’t even try to help. I’ve been a manager before in retail and I have always taken pride in taking care of the customer specifically when they are right about something but yeah the Bessemer location needs some training on customer service but it all starts at the top so I see why it’s so horrendous.

I went and made a purchase inside of the store. Paid for delivery. It was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. The delivery driver did make an attempt to call but I was in a building with no service. Someone has stayed home 2 days with no delivery and no information . When you call the store, you cannot get a person on the phone. I do not live in the area so I have to drive 45 minutes to this store to get answers!! They only have an AI assistant to help. This is unacceptable. I have been calling for three days!!!!!!
